But at present, the consumption of industrial aluminum profile in China is still relatively low compared with developed countries, and the consumption space of industrial aluminum profile in China has a great possibility of improvement.
Industrial aluminum profile as one of the main varieties of aluminum profile, with a extrusion molding and higher mechanical and physical properties, good thermal conductivity and higher specific strength and other advantages, is more and more widely used in transportation, electronics, machinery, light industry, petroleum, chemical, aviation, aerospace and other fields.
According to the data disclosed by China Non-ferrous Metal Processing Industry Association and Beijing Antaike Information Co., LTD., since 2016, China's industrial aluminum output has been rising year by year. In 2020, China's communist aluminum output is 2,020,000 tons, of which industrial aluminum output is about 6.12 million tons, accounting for 30.57%. An increase of 8.7% from 2019.

In terms of industrial aluminum consumption, with the expansion of the application scope of aluminum industry, as well as the development of rail transportation industry, industrial aluminum consumption scale has also maintained a rapid growth. From the perspective of industrial aluminum profile consumption changes, according to public information, China's aluminum profile consumption scale has been expanding from 2016 to 2020, with the production and sales rate basically stable at about 89%, and industrial aluminum profile consumption accounted for about 34% of the total aluminum profile consumption for a long time. It is estimated that the consumption of industrial aluminum profiles in China in 2020 is about 6.06 million tons, with a year-on-year growth of 5.4%.
From the perspective of supply and demand relationship of industrial aluminum profiles, the production and sales ratio of industrial aluminum profiles in China is close to 100%, indicating that the overall supply and demand of industrial aluminum profiles in China is relatively balanced. In 2020, the production and sales ratio of industrial aluminum profiles in China is 99.02%.
In the future, with the advancement of China's industrialization process, the rapid development of the aluminum industry, the proportion of industrial aluminum consumption will definitely show a rising trend. China's industrial aluminum industry will rely on comprehensive strength to improve internal product quality, enrich product categories, participate in the new stage of market competition.
